Anti-Fraud Disclaimer
If you suspect you have been targeted by fraud or have noticed any fraudulent activity falsely claiming to be from SCALIBIT.COM, please contact us immediately.
SCALIBIT.COM is not liable for any loss or damage caused by fraudulent schemes. Fraudulent activities can take many forms beyond those listed below. We strongly urge you to stay vigilant and exercise caution when handling your personal information.
1) Phishing
SCALIBIT.COM will never contact you via unsolicited email, SMS, or phone call to request personal information. Official identity verification (for security, anti-fraud, or compliance purposes) may only be requested through your secure SCALIBIT Client Portal or official support ticket system. SCALIBIT representatives will never ask for sensitive information such as passwords or payment card details by direct email, phone, or instant messaging.
SCALIBIT does not collect or store your credit or debit card details directly. All payments are securely processed through approved third-party payment providers via the official SCALIBIT billing interface. We will never request your card information by email, phone, or ticket.
In some cases, for technical support related to Virtual Machines (VPS, VDS, Dedicated Cloud Servers), Cloud Services (Cloud Hosting, Cloud Servers, Cloud Backup), Cloud Compute (Standard Performance, High Performance, High Frequency), Optimized Cloud Compute (General Purpose, CPU Optimized, Memory Optimized, Storage Optimized), and Dedicated Servers / Bare Metal services, our support engineers may require temporary access credentials (such as root or administrator login) to perform diagnostics or resolve issues. These credentials are requested only within an active support ticket, at the customer’s discretion. After the intervention is complete, customers are strongly advised to update their passwords immediately.
SCALIBIT will never request your SCALIBIT Client Portal (scalibit.com/login) login credentials under any circumstances. If you receive any message or call requesting such information, please consider it fraudulent and report it immediately.
Be aware of deceptive emails that may claim your mailbox is full, your password or account has expired, or that your email account is suspended or will be deleted unless you “click to verify” or “reactivate.” Such messages are fraudulent and are not sent by SCALIBIT.COM. We will never send warnings asking you to confirm, unlock, or reactivate your email or hosting account by clicking a link. Always log in directly via scalibit.com/login to check your account status safely.
If you are concerned about the legitimacy of a communication (Phone Call, Email, or SMS) you have received from SCALIBIT.COM, please contact us directly.
2) Fake Websites or Scam Pages
Beware of websites or social media pages that falsely claim to represent SCALIBIT.COM or offer fake promotions. Always verify the URL and SSL certificate before entering your personal or payment information. SCALIBIT.COM’s official domains always end with scalibit.com or its verified subdomains (e.g., *.scalibit.com).
3) Payment or Invoice Fraud
SCALIBIT.COM only issues invoices through our official billing system and your SCALIBIT Client Portal. We will never send you payment requests through personal email addresses or messaging applications. All invoice emails are informational; payments must be completed only inside the Client Portal.
Billing automation & reminders (ToS §32.1, §32.10, §32.10.1):
- Invoices are generated ten (10) days before the service due/renewal date, and an “invoice created” notice is sent to the email registered in your Client Portal.
 - If payment has not been received close to the due date, automated payment reminders are sent.
 - For overdue invoices, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (final) overdue notices are sent starting from the due date.
 - Unpaid invoices are subject to a three (3)-day grace period after the due date; if still unpaid, the related services may be suspended on day 3 overdue and terminated on day 5 overdue. Suspension/cancellation notices are also sent automatically.

Suspension does not stop billing obligations or extend service terms; bank transfer and other offline payments are subject to receipt and reconciliation times, and the account remains suspended until funds are posted. To verify any invoice or payment link, always check your Client Portal and do not pay via third-party platforms or links not originating from scalibit.com.
