DOMAIN REGISTRATION AGREEMENT
- Registration ObligationsBy registering a domain through our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, contact details, and administrative, technical, and billing information. It is your responsibility to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly when changes occur. Failure to provide accurate details may result in the suspension or termination of your domain registration.
- Domain OwnershipUpon successful domain registration, you become the legal owner of the domain, as long as you comply with this agreement and any applicable legal requirements. Ownership grants you the right to use, transfer, and renew the domain. However, ownership is contingent on adherence to the policies of domain registrars and governing authorities.
- Renewals and TransfersYou are solely responsible for renewing your domain before the expiration date. Failure to renew may result in the loss of the domain, and we cannot guarantee its recovery. Transfers to another registrar may require specific conditions to be met, including authorization codes and fee payments. Review the transfer policies outlined by your current and future registrars to ensure a seamless process.
- WHOIS InformationDomain registration requires the submission of WHOIS information, including your name, email, address, and phone number. By default, this information will be publicly accessible as required by domain registrars and regulatory authorities. If desired, you may opt for privacy protection services to limit the exposure of your information, except where disclosure is mandated by law or administrative needs.
- Dispute ResolutionIn the event of disputes concerning domain ownership, registration, or usage, you agree to resolve such matters in accordance with the policies of the relevant domain registrar and applicable laws. These policies may include arbitration or other resolution mechanisms as defined by governing authorities. You are expected to cooperate with the dispute resolution processes provided.
- TerminationWe reserve the right to terminate this agreement if you violate its terms, provide false information, or engage in activities that harm the integrity or reputation of your domain. Termination may result in the cancellation of your domain registration. Such actions may also be taken if required to comply with legal obligations or protect the broader online ecosystem.
- Changes to This AgreementThis agreement may be updated periodically to align with changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Significant updates will be communicated through notices on our website or via email. It is your responsibility to review this agreement regularly to ensure continued compliance with its terms.
