SCALIBIT - REFUND POLICY
1. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY
Products purchased from SCALIBIT.COM ("SCALIBIT") may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.
“Date Of The Transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by SCALIBIT in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.
"Refund Period", you may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund with SCALIBIT's customer service within the refund time frame specified for the applicable product, if available at all.
Only requests submitted through the Client Area are considered as valid and will be reviewed by SCALIBIT, Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.
No Refund After Account Closure. If eligible for a refund, it is necessary for you to request a refund prior to account closure. You may elect to close your account with us at any time, but upon account closure you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.
After the cancellation becomes effective, SCALIBIT cannot be held in charge of loss of data due to suspension or termination.
2. GENERAL TERMS
SCALIBIT offers a thirty (30) day money- back guarantee for SCALIBIT's Shared Hosting (Shared Hosting, cPanel Hosting and WordPress Hosting) services only. Subject to the terms described herein, if you are not completely satisfied with these hosting services and you terminate your account within thirty (30) days of signing up for the Services, you will be given a refund of the amount paid for shared hosting.

This money-back guarantee only applies to fees paid for Shared Hosting, cPanel Hosting and WordPress Hosting.

All new SCALIBIT Customers are eligible for a 30 day money back guarantee on all Shared Hosting and WordPress Hosting packages upon written reques.

A new customer is defined as someone who has never previously purchased any services from SCALIBIT. If an existing customer purchases additional hosting packages and wishes to cancel these, they are not eligible for a refund.

If purchased Service(s) include free domain name registration as part of a promotion or sale of the Service(s), and you cancel the purchased Service(s), the standard price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount. If the refund amount is less than the standard price for the domain, you must either elect to pay the difference or forfeit the domain, in which case, ownership of the domain will revert back to SCALIBIT.

If you exceed your bandwidth limit within the first 30 days of service you are not eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee.

If the TOS/AUP agreed upon when ordering is violated this voids your eligibility for the 30 day money back guarantee. SCALIBIT reserves the right to deny the refund if we feel abuse of services has occurred.

Refunds will not be given for products bought using cryptocurrency, Tokens, or other digital assets.
This is due to the inherent volatility, irreversibility, and complex processing associated with cryptocurrency transactions. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, making refunds in these forms technically infeasible. -
If a refund back to the original payment method is not possible (excluding cryptocurrency payments), a refund to your SCALIBIT balance can be offered as an alternative.

Software Licenses,

Domains (Domain Registration, Domain Renewal, Domain Transfer and Other Domain Fees),

Domain Name Plugins (Domain Protection / Whois Privacy, Premium DNS etc.),

SSL Certificates,

IP Addresses,

Products or Services that are billed on an Hourly basis,

Products or Services that are terminated for violations of our Terms of Service,

Administrative fees, install fees for custom software or other setup fees, or to any fees for any other additional services,

Products or Services that are purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets.

Adding Funds / Account Credit Balance Deposits are non-refundable.

Plans purchased using a special promotion, promo code, or special discount link, are non-refundable.
4. REFUND REQUESTS
If you think you are eligible for a refund, you can submit a refund request to our billing department.
You must include the following information in your refund request:

Acknowledging that you have read our Refund Policy,

Why you are asking for a refund,

Transaction identifying information (e.g. account username, transaction number, domain name, date of purchase)
Once submitted, we will review your request and may require that you provide additional information. You acknowledge that you must provide a timely response to information requested. Failure to provide the information we need to evaluate your request may result in a closure of your request. Therefore, we ask you to please check your inbox so that we can provide the best support possible.
Processing Fees Deducted from Refund Amount. Any processing fee(s) will be deducted from a refund.
