ABUSE HANDLING POLICY
SCALIBIT (“we,” “us,” “our”) investigates and records all abuse reports submitted to us. We are committed to maintaining a safe and compliant environment across all our services. Where appropriate, we may take action if a violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law is confirmed. We may also take action when required to comply with ICANN or applicable Registry policies.
Additional information may be requested from you to verify or clarify your report. Please note that we reserve the right to disclose abuse report details to the relevant customer for resolution purposes, while maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards. Due to privacy obligations, we may not always provide detailed follow-up beyond confirmation of resolution. In certain cases, we may validate the report directly with our customer as part of the investigation process.
1) How to Report Abuse
If you wish to report abuse related to our network, infrastructure, or hosted services, please send an email to:

  abuse-reports@scalibit.com.
To ensure timely processing, include as much detail as possible — such as IP address, domain name, timestamps, relevant URLs, and a clear description of the activity or incident being reported.
2) What Happens After You Report
- 2.1 Receipt Confirmation: You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that your report has been received.
 - 2.2 Review Within 24 Hours: Our abuse team will begin reviewing the report within 24 hours of receipt. Every complaint is treated seriously and prioritized accordingly.
 - 2.3 Thorough Investigation: We will investigate the report to validate the claim and gather any necessary technical or contextual evidence.
 - 2.4 Appropriate Action: If the report is verified, we will take immediate corrective measures to stop the abuse. This may include suspension of the offending service, IP null-routing, or account termination.
 - 2.5 Resolution Confirmation: Once the issue has been resolved, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that appropriate action has been taken.

All abuse reports are logged and tracked individually. Please submit one report per domain or IP address to help ensure faster and more accurate resolution.
3) Domain Names Registered with SCALIBIT
Please note that we may not be able to take direct action on abuse reports related to domain names that are registered with SCALIBIT but hosted externally, as we do not have control over third-party servers. To expedite resolution, we recommend that such reports also be sent to the respective hosting provider or network operator.
